Kimberly Spreens strength in motion is constantly moving while Violet Zakis strength zone is more deliberate. Gay Gasper has a mix of standing and floorwork while Kendell is all standing. But even the same moves seem new when theyre demonstrated by a different personality using a different variation (e.g. faster or slower, with pulses or without, isolated or multi-muscle group).
