Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Recruitment 2010: IISER Engineer Post Vacancy


IISER1 Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Thiruvananthapuram is an Autonomous Institution of national importance under the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India Recruits Graduate Engines (Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering ) candidates for filling up the following positions of executive responsibility offering opportunities in building projects of large township including services works for the said upcoming residential institutional campus. Applications are invited from Indian nationals possessing the prescribed qualifications and experience as under:

Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Thiruvananthapuram is an Autonomous Institution of national importance under the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India established in 2008 for promotion of high quality education and research in basic sciences. The Institute is presently functioning at the transit campus in the College of Engineering, Trivandrum. The construction of its permanent residential campus at Vithura (40 km from Thiruvananthapuram) in the foothills of Ponmudi range will start soon. This Institutional campus is to be developed with the state of the art layout, architecture designs and latest green building features etc.

Code 10: Project Engineer cum Estate Officer – 1 Post (unreserved)
Pay:
Rs. 15600-39100 (PB-3) with an initial pay of Rs.18750/- + Grade Pay Rs.6600 (initial basic pay will be Rs.25350/-)Total emoluments will be Rs.44,148/- as on date.
Qualification:
Graduate in Civil Engineering with First Class
Age: Below 45 years.

Code 11: Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil) – 1 Post (unreserved)
Pay:
Rs. 15600-39100 (PB-3) with an initial pay of Rs.15600/- + Grade Pay Rs.5400 (initial basic pay will be Rs.21000/-). Total emoluments will be Rs.36970/- as on date.
Qualification:
Graduate in Civil Engineering with First Class.
Age: Below 40 years

Code 12: Assistant Executive Engineer (Electrical) – 1 Post (unreserved)
Pay:
Rs. 15600-39100 (PB-3 ) with an initial pay of Rs.15600/- + Grade Pay Rs.5400 (initial basic pay will be Rs.21000/-). Total emoluments will be Rs.36970/- as on date.
Qualification:
Graduate in Electrical Engineering with First Class.
Age: Below 40 years.
